All Star Equestrian is currently providing therapeutic riding instruction to approximately 125 individuals with a variety of mental, physical, and emotional challenges. They have riders of all ages and all disabilities including Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis and a variety of other cognitive and physical impairments. They are looking for volunteers and sponsors. Volunteers play a key role in helping provide lessons to riders. Many riders require two side walkers, as well as a leader for the horse. Volunteers are needed for their annual fundraisers and special events, as well as administrative grounds maintenance.
